A provisional reservation will be made on receipt of a completed application form and a deposit from at least one member of the group. The reservation will be confirmed when forms and deposits have been received from all members of the group. Once the reservation has been confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable unless we can fill the place with another group.
The balance of the fee must be received 6 weeks before the start of the course.
After that time, if you cancel your reservation, a partial refund may be given (at the discretion of the organisers). Any cancellation in the 2 weeks prior to the start of the course is not eligible for a refund.
In case you have to cancel through illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we suggest you take out insurance such as that provided by Cancelsure (http://www.cancelsure-insurance.co.uk/).
If the organisers have to cancel the course, your deposit and fee will be refunded in full.
Please note, we cannot accept credit cards; payments must be by cheque or bank transfer.
